When will I receive my order?

Why was my order canceled?

Your order may have been canceled due to incorrect information regarding your credit card. These inaccuracies could be related to a mismatch between the billing address you provided and the one associated with your credit card, an incorrect security code (found on the back of your card), an inaccurate expiration date, or insufficient funds. Due to certain web security procedures, online orders cannot be processed. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reactivated or modified in any way. If you still wish to purchase your items, you will need to place a new order. Please note that credit card companies hold funds corresponding to any purchase made for a period. Afterward, the held funds will be made available again, if applicable.

Why was one or more items canceled from my order?

One or more items were canceled from your order because they were no longer available online at the time of the transaction. Therefore, only the items delivered to the provided address will be charged to your credit card, even if the canceled items from your order appear on your invoice. Please note that credit card companies hold funds corresponding to any purchase made for a period. Afterward, the held funds will be made available again, if applicable.

The order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do now?

These things happen. The postal service might have delivered the package to your communal mailbox or scanned it as 'Delivered' while it's still awaiting delivery.

Can I cancel my order once I've submitted it online?

Can I modify an order once it has been submitted?

Purchases made can be returned within 20 days of purchase. You can return unworn, unwashed, unaltered items still with the price tag attached for a full refund.
